University Excellence Awards program set for May 6

RELEASED: April 27, 2010

EAU CLAIRE — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire will recognize exceptional students with the University Student Excellence Awards at 5 p.m. May 6 in the Council Fire Room of Davies Center.

The awards call attention to the exceptional contributions UW-Eau Claire students have made to the campus and greater community during the 2009-10 academic year. The students who will be honored reflect the university's living vision to be the premier undergraduate learning community in the Upper Midwest.

Faculty and staff are invited to attend. Reservations are requested by e-mail to Angie Bong at bongal@uwec.edu by April 30.

The University Student Excellence Awards are sponsored by the UW-Eau Claire Alumni Association, Foundation and University Centers.
