Lunch program features the Downtown Eau Claire Farmers Market

RELEASED: April 1, 2010

Downtown Eau Claire Farmers Market imageEAU CLAIRE — A brown bag lunch program about the Downtown Eau Claire Farmers Market will be held from noon-1 p.m. April 21 at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in the Eagle Room of Davies Center.

The event is free and open to the public. (Participants must provide their own lunch.)

Participants will get an overview of the Eau Claire Downtown Farmers Market, including its history and what's new for the 2010 season.

Dr. Philip Chute, UW-Eau Claire professor emeritus of physics and president of the Eau Claire Downtown Farmers Market, will be the presenter.
