UW-Eau Claire to Offer 'Teas of the World' Tea Tasting March 28

teapot and tea cupsEAU CLAIRE — "Teas of the World" will be offered for tasting at a presentation celebrating the rich culture of the beverage.

The Center for International Education at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire will host this educational presentation from 1:30-3:30 p.m. March 28 in the Presidents Room of Davies Center.

Activities will include tea tasting, a tea bazaar, and presentations on culture, customs, traditions and tea service from around the world.

The event is free; all ages and families are welcome.

The event is sponsored by CIE with contributions from Caradori Pottery, the Chinese Cultural Association, the Chinese Friendship and Scholarship Association, Infinitea Teahouse, Student Organization of Latinos, Latin American Studies Club, and the international students of UW-Eau Claire.
