Auditions for Varsity Night Live
Set for Sept. 21-22 at UW-Eau Claire

EAU CLAIRE — Auditions for Varsity Night Live, the largest student talent show in Eau Claire, will take place Sept. 21-22 at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Any interested UW-Eau Claire student may sign up for an audition between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Activities and Programs office, Davies Center 133. The audition sign-up deadline is Friday, Sept. 19, at 4 p.m.

Auditions will be scheduled from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Sunday and Monday, Sept. 21-22, in The Cabin of Davies Center. Those chosen to perform must be available for rehearsal on the evening of Thursday, Oct. 2.

A Homecoming tradition, Varsity Night Live will be presented Friday, Oct. 3, at 7 p.m. in Zorn Arena. This year's show will be emceed by Canadian standup comedian Kelly Taylor and include performances by UW-Eau Claire's Jazz Ensemble I and The Singing Statesmen. The show is sponsored by the University Activities Commission of the Student Senate.
