EAU CLAIRE — Asperger syndrome is the theme of the first Nancy McKinley Memorial Lecture Series and Conference for Speech-Language Pathologists to be held Oct. 23-24 at the Sheraton Bloomington Hotel, Minneapolis South.

The lecture series and conference was created as a tribute to the late Nancy Lee McKinley, an internationally recognized expert on adolescent language disorders who was president and CEO of Thinking Publications in Eau Claire until her death in 2005. The event is designed for speech-language pathologists, educators, parents, human services providers and others who work with people with Asperger syndrome.
