Fall Professional Development Master's Program
Now Accepting Applications

RELEASED: April 1, 2008

EAU CLAIRE — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's College of Education and Human Sciences and Continuing Education are now accepting applications for the fall 2008 Master of Education in Professional Development (MEPD) program. The graduate program's 2008-10 cohort will meet one weekend per month with supplemental online instruction. Participants earn an MEPD degree in two years. This unique graduate degree features:

  • Interaction with graduate faculty in the College of Education and Human Sciences who conduct and study current research in the field.
  • Curriculum based on current research and designed to improve student outcomes.
  • Class activities and coursework that focus on immediate application of current educational theory in the classroom.

An information session will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, at the UW-Eau Claire Continuing Education office, 210 Water St., Eau Claire. Course descriptions, syllabi, 2008-10 cohort meeting dates, frequently asked questions, admission requirements and application instructions are available online.
