Representatives from several of these organizations will speak from 6 to 6:30 p.m. during a pre-dinner program, sharing their views on the grassroots organic revolution. A buffet dinner featuring locally grown and organic foods will be served beginning at 6:30 p.m. The menu is as follows:

  • Soup: carrot and ginger soup
  • Vegetable and side dishes: acorn squash with mushrooms and cranberry stuffing; new potatoes and pepper gratin; grilled vegetables (fresh zucchini, yellow squash, onions, and red and green peppers)
