Travel Learning Vacations Offered
by UW-Eau Claire Continuing Education

EAU CLAIRE — University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education has recently partnered with TraveLearn, a network of over 300 institutions of higher education and affiliated retirement groups which have offered quality educational tours for adults for more than 25 years.

Alaska, Antarctica, Belize, the Caribbean, China, Costa Rica, Egypt, the Galapagos Islands and Ecuador, Grenada, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Morocco, Peru, Russia, Spain, the South Pacific, Tanzania, Turkey, and Vietnam are just some of the carefully planned "classroom-in-the-field" trips scheduled for fall 2007 and spring and summer 2008. These learning vacations allow participants to learn firsthand about the history, art, culture, and customs of the country visited and feature experiences not available on more conventional tours, as well as on-site lectures and seminars provided by faculty escorts and in-country specialists.

Prices vary (land only) and include meals, first class accommodations and unique learning experiences. New Budget Learning Vacations are also now available for most destinations.
