UW-Eau Claire to Offer Fall
Supervisory Management Seminars

EAU CLAIRE — University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education/UW-Extension will present several workshops from the Supervisory Management Certificate program in November and December.

  • "Supervisory Management 3" will be held Nov. 29-30 in Eau Claire at Sweetwaters Restaurant and also Dec.11-12 in La Crosse at the Cleary Alumni and Friends Center on the UW-La Crosse campus. Topics include working towards more effective coaching, establishing job expectations and critical skills in the coaching process.
  • "Negotiation Skills" will be held Dec. 6-7 in Eau Claire at Sweetwaters Restaurant. Topics include negotiating project deadlines, work assignments, budget and human resource allocations, and strategies, skills, and motivations for negotiating win-win outcomes.

All workshops meet from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Individual course fees are $425 per person and include lunch, breaks, materials and instruction. Group fee is $375 per person for three to five people from the same firm attending the same session and registering at the same time.

Designed for managers, supervisors and small business owners, the workshops may be taken individually or as part of the certificate program requirements.
