Mr. Genius to Be Featured
at L.E. Phillips Planetarium

space photoEAU CLAIRE — The L.E. Phillips Planetarium at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire will present the local favorite show "Mr. Genius Tours the Solar System" on May 26. This show is usually reserved for elementary school groups visiting the planetarium but is sometimes featured at public shows. The charismatic Mr. Genius is unique to the L.E. Phillips Planetarium, and his character is also featured this month at the Tuesday night shows in "Adventures Along the Spectrum."

Children's shows (ages 4 and up) are Saturday mornings at 11a.m. Tuesday night shows are at 7 p.m. and are aimed at ages 10 and over. Tickets are just $2 and are available at the door. Besides the multi-media presentation, current constellations and planets are discussed. The shows last about an hour.

The L.E. Phillips Planetarium is in Phillips Science Hall on the UW-Eau Claire campus. Free parking is available on weekends and evenings. More information is available online or 715-836-3148. For group shows, contact Jeremy at 715-577-2510.
