McIntyre Library Offers Children's
Story Time Jan. 31

RELEASED: Jan. 22, 2007

EAU CLAIRE — Kati Tvaruzka, assistant professor and education reference librarian at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's McIntyre Library, will lead a free children's story time session at 10 a.m. Jan. 31 in the Instructional Media Center, located on the lower level of the library.

The theme for this month is "Pigs Aplenty!"

The sessions are for children attending UW-Eau Claire Children's Center, but the children and grandchildren of faculty, staff, students and the general public also are invited.

The 30-minute sessions are held at 10 a.m. on the last Wednesday of every month in the Instructional Media Center, located on the lower level of McIntyre Library.

Campus and community members can check out children's materials from the IMC. Community members must get a community card to check out the materials.

Prior to joining the UW-Eau Claire faculty, Tvaruzka was a children's librarian at L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library.
