EAU CLAIRE — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire has named four finalists for the position of provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs. Each finalist will spend two days interviewing on campus in March.
The finalists include:
The finalists' cover letters and vitae can be found at the Provost search Web site. The interview schedule for each candidate will be added to the Web site when schedules are finalized.
A search committee that included faculty, staff and students forwarded the names of the four finalists to Chancellor Brian Levin-Stankevich Feb. 22. The finalists were selected from a pool of 47 nominees and applicants.
Each finalist's two-day visit to campus will include a session that will be open to all members of the campus community, as well as numerous open meetings with groups of students, faculty and staff.
UW-Eau Claire students, faculty and staff will be invited to give their feedback on the finalist visits, and the provost search committee will report that feedback to the chancellor before the next provost is selected.
