RELEASED: Feb. 23, 2007

Adam PerryEAU CLAIRE — Magician Adam Perry will bring his magic to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a show starting at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 9, in Schofield Auditorium.

Perry is a master in pyro techniques, close-up magic, card manipulation, slight of hand and escapology. Perry also will entertain the audience with his dancing skills, and according to Adams, Perry is known for being one of the best Michael Jackson impersonators ever seen. Perry is scheduled to perform Jackson's "Billie Jean" at the show.

UW-Eau Claire talent also will be on display. The show will open with a vocal performance by junior Kyle Robl, Merrill, who also will sing during the show's transitions. Robl is a member of the a capella group 5th Element and is involved in Concert Choir.

Tickets for the show are $5 per person or $4 per person for groups of three or more. Tickets will be available in the East Lobby of Davies Center from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 8-9 and also will be sold at the door.
