SUBJECT: State-of-the-University Speech

University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Chancellor Brian Levin-Stankevich will focus on two major policy initiatives during his state-of-the-university speech Tuesday, Aug. 21.

The two policy initiatives are (1) finalizing and implementing a new strategic vision for the university and (2) broadening the borders of the university by strengthening and expanding community partnerships.

Levin-Stankevich will deliver the speech during the opening meeting of the academic year following the all-employee Blugold Breakfast in Zorn Arena. The breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. and the opening meeting begins at 8:30 a.m.

Media are invited to attend the Blugold Breakfast and opening meeting.
