SUBJECT: Crisis Negotiation Training Exercise

UW-Eau Claire Police and the City of Eau Claire Police Department will conduct joint crisis negotiation/tactical response team training Aug. 7 and 8 in Horan and Sutherland residence halls on the UW-Eau Claire campus.

This exercise is part of the continuous cooperation between university and city police to ensure local law enforcement and the university are prepared for crisis response situations on campus.

Media are invited to attend the joint training exercise at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 7. Media should report to the University Police Office, Crest 119 (on upper campus).
