UW-Eau Claire Records Management Services
Moves from Old Library to Schofield Hall

RELEASED: April 10, 2007

EAU CLAIRE — The Special Collections Department of McIntyre Library at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire has announced that Records Management Services has moved from Old Library 3103 to Room 44 of Schofield Hall.

Records Management Services is responsible for campus-wide retention scheduling for official UW-Eau Claire records and operation of the campus Records Center.

The Records Center provides storage for official UW-Eau Claire records with established retention periods, ensuring compliance with federal, state and UW System regulations.

Records Management Services, in consultation with University Archives, UW System Internal Audit, Wisconsin Historical Society and other state and university regulatory agencies, is responsible for establishing retention periods for official UW-Eau Claire records.
