Chicago Blues Musician Keith Scott
to Give Free Concerts at UW-Eau Claire

Keith ScottEAU CLAIRE — Chicago Blues musician Keith Scott will perform three free concerts at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Nov. 9-11. His shows will begin at 8 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday in The Cabin of Davies Center.

Over the past 20 years Scott has built a reputation as a sizzling blues guitarist, dynamic performer, noteworthy songwriter and bandleader. He has toured throughout the United States and Europe, both with his own band and with blues great Jimmy Dawkins. He has recorded five CDs of original music, and his music has been featured on MTV's "Real World" and "Road Rules" and the Disney Channel.

Recently Scott has become a favorite on the college circuit and travels throughout the Midwest to rave reviews. In Chicago he has performed at the Hard Rock Cafe, House of Blues, Metro, the Chicago Blues Fest, and at Chicago Bulls and Blackhawks games.

The shows are open to all ages. Soda, domestic and imported beer, specialty coffee drinks and tea are sold at all Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening programs. Proof of age is required for alcohol purchases.
