EAU CLAIRE — The mathematics department at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire announces the Summer Research in Pure and Applied Mathematics program, funded by a $269,740 National Science Foundation grant awarded to Dr. Mohamed B. Elgindi, principal investigator, and Dr. Michael Howe, co-principal investigator.
The SUREPAM grant is for four years and provides funds for ten students each summer to conduct research in pure and applied mathematics at UW-Eau Claire. Students from any where in the United States may apply. For further information and application forms, please visit the Web site .
