| Brad Schaack and Amy Oppriecht were elected UW-Eau Claire Homecoming royalty. | |
EAU CLAIRE — Brad Schaack, Cottage Grove, Minn., and Amy Oppriecht, Gays Mills, were elected 2006 Homecoming king and queen at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Schaack, a senior kinesiology and exercise science major, represented The Singing Statesmen.
Oppriecht, a senior music therapy major, represented Women's Concert Chorale.
Members of the 2006 Homecoming court were as follows:
Chris Baylor, Pleasant Prairie, a sophomore broadcast journalism major, represented TV-10.
Kelsey Callahan, Forest Lake, Minn., a freshman undeclared major, represented Oakridge Hall.
Tom Denney, Green Bay, a sophomore criminal justice major, represented Towers Hall.
Brady Johnson, Hudson, a junior social work major, represented Putnam Residence Hall.
Lydia Justmann, Waupaca, a sophomore health care administration major, represented Governors Hall.
Tammy Lynch, Brooklyn Park, Minn., a senior nursing major, represented Sutherland Hall.
Tony Schultz, Apple Valley, Minn., a sophomore broadfield social studies major, represented Bridgeman Hall.
Lauren Zemlicka, Shorewood, a sophomore music education major, represented Sigma Alpha Iota.
The following students were candidates for the 2006 Homecoming court:
Amanda Baxter, Hales Corners, a sophomore mass communications major, was the Pan Hellenic Council representative.
David Powers, Waconia, Minn., a senior marketing major, was the American Marketing Association student chapter representative.
Derek Ready, Watertown, a senior management major with an entrepreneurship emphasis, was the Beta Upsilon Sigma representative.
Jason Reynolds, Rhinelander, a senior computer science major, was the Inter-Fraternity Council representative.
