UW-Eau Claire Continuing Education Wins
Award for Brochure for 2005 Synergy Conference

winning brochure coverEAU CLAIRE — University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education has been honored for excellence in the "best brochure" category by the Learning Resources Network, an international association for providers of lifelong learning programs.

Continuing Education's brochure for the 2005 Synergy Conference, hosted by UW-Eau Claire, was selected for the award from more than 100 nominations from four countries. Continuing Education staff who played major roles in the brochure's development were Deborah Lockhart, graphic artist; Sharon Sabatke, program manager; La Vone Sneen, program associate; Ann Rupnow, outreach specialist; and Laurie St. Aubin-Whelihan, marketing manager. Lockhart will attend the LERN conference in Baltimore Nov. 30 through Dec. 2 and accept the award.
