EAU CLAIRE — "Christmas with Dave Rudolf," a comedy concert for families with kids of all ages, will be presented Sunday, Dec. 3, at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. The interactive family show will begin at 3:30 p.m. in the Tamarack Room of Davies Center.

Rudolf's madcap theatrical production of songs, humor and heavy audience participation makes for a delightful family event for all ages. As well as offering such cracked classics as "Frosty the Slowman," "Oh Come, Oh Come, I Read the Manual" and "The Little Dumber Boy," he is not above (or below) singing serious Christmas songs and throwing in some non-seasonal madness.

Rudolf is a singer, songwriter and children's book author who has entertained families and children with his wit and musical talent for more than 20 years. He has composed more than 15 CDs and written lyrics for Second City and Disney, his latter effort earning him a gold record. He has received numerous awards from parent groups, including three Parents' Choice Honor Awards. His clean sense of humor and infectious energy captivate kids and adults alike and allow both groups to lose themselves in an enjoyable, feel-good experience.

Admission to the hour-long show is free and snacks will be served. Donations of non-perishable food items for local food pantries are requested.

The show is sponsored by the Activities and Programs office and the honor societies Alpha Lambda Delta and Phi Eta Sigma.
