Pilates and Belly Dancing Offered as Summer Classes at UW-Eau Claire

RELEASED: May 23, 2006

EAU CLAIRE — University Recreation and Sport Facilities at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire is offering summer Pilates and Belly Dancing classes.

  • Belly Dancing will be offered 7-8 p.m. Wednesdays, June 14-Aug. 2 (no classes June 21 or July 26), in the McPhee Dance Studio, Room 105 in the McPhee Physical Fitness Center. Cost is $25 for UW System students and faculty/staff and $40 for community members.
  • Pilates will be offered 6:30 to 7:15 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 13-Aug. 3, in the McPhee Dance Studio, Room 105 in the McPhee Physical Fitness Center. Cost is $70 for UW System students and faculty/staff and $110 for community members.

Participants may register and pay for these classes at Hilltop Center or mail payment (check payable to UW-Eau Claire) to Vicki Funne Reed, UW-Eau Claire Recreation and Sport Facilities, P.O. Box 4004, Eau Claire, WI 54702-4004.
