Marketplace to Expand Summer Menu Offerings

RELEASED: May 12, 2006

EAU CLAIRE — Marketplace, the food court on the lower level of Davies Center, will expand its summer menu offerings when its doors open Monday, May 22. The a la carte dining area in the East Blugold Room is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

A self-serve soup and salad bar will be added, and Spitfires grill will offer new lunch specials, including gyros, taco salads (traditional and tuna), and BLT sandwiches from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Blimpie will offer its traditional menu from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

UW-Eau Claire's dining services program is administered by University Centers and Programs.
