EAU CLAIRE — The Center for Alcohol Studies and Education at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire will host the Memorial Pendant Project Recognition Brunch at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 13, in the Presidents Room of Davies Center.

The project honors the lives and memories of individuals killed in alcohol-related crashes. The recognition brunch also celebrates the continued growth and strengthened hope of families who have lost loved ones.

The student artist who created and executed this project is senior Jane-Marie Ovanin, a comprehensive art major from Amherst, who received funding from CASE for this special project. Family members and friends have been invited to the brunch. Local representatives of Eau Claire Mothers Against Drunk Drivers and UW-Eau Claire UMADD also have been invited.
