SUBJECT: News Conference with Dr. Brian Levin-Stankevich

UW-Eau Claire Chancellor Designate Dr. Brian Levin-Stankevich will hold a news conference at 9 a.m. Monday, April 3, in the Eagle Room of Davies Center.

This will be the first opportunity for local media to meet with Levin-Stankevich since he was appointed chancellor by the UW System Board of Regents on Feb. 10.

Following the news conference, the university community will welcome Levin-Stankevich and his wife, Debi, at a reception from 9:30-11 a.m. in the Spruce-Tamarack Room of Davies Center. There will be a brief program at 10 a.m., which will include comments by Interim Chancellor Vicki Lord Larson, UW System Executive Senior Vice President Donald J. Mash and Dr. Levin-Stankevich.

Levin-Stankevich also will host a reception with students 2 p.m. April 3 in the Presidents Room of Davies Center.

The media is invited to attend both receptions.
