Various Artists to Perform for 13th Annual AIDS Benefit

RELEASED: March 6, 2006

EAU CLAIRE — Three bands and four solo artists will donate their time and talents at the 13th annual AIDS Benefit Concert Friday, March 10, at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Doors will open at 7 p.m. in the Council Fire Room of Davies Center. The show is open to all ages.

Year 13 of this popular show will feature UW-Eau Claire students and solo performers Kyle Christian, Dacia Miller and Kyle Robl. Local favorite Matt Wahl will entertain with his light-hearted tunes, as will the popular local trio The Jim Pullman Band. Also appearing will be the Minnesota rock quartet Room for Gray, and Minneapolis indie glam-rock trio Digitata.

Tickets are $5 and will be available only at the door. Proof of age is required for alcohol purchases.

All proceeds of the show will benefit the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin. The concert is sponsored by the University Activities Commission of the UW-Eau Claire Student Senate.
