EAU CLAIRE — A seminar on how to use the internet to promote a business is being offered by the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Small Business Development Center and the Office of Continuing Education. "Achieving an Effective Internet Presence" will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 3, at the Plaza Hotel & Suites in Eau Claire.
Designed for small business owners, entrepreneurs, and others interested in using the internet for promotion, topics covered include the following:
Instructor Maria Herbert is the owner of First Net Impressions, a highly regarded regional Web design company.
The cost to attend is $149 per person and includes instruction, materials, refreshments, lunch, and Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
