SUBJECT: Geography Club Raising Money for Local Charity

UW-Eau Claire’s Geography Club has prepared meat and vegan chili using ingredients donated by local grocers. Club members will sell the chili until 4 p.m. today in the lobby of Phillips Science Hall.

All proceeds will be donated to the WHYS Eau Claire Community Radio and the Eau Claire County Sheriff Department's Cops and Kids program, which pairs personnel from the Sheriff’s Department with less privileged children from the local community. The kids will Christmas shop with a member of the Sheriff's department.
