Fifth Element to Debut New CD at Spring Concert May 12

RELEASED: April 28, 2006

EAU CLAIRE — Fifth Element, an a cappella ensemble at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, will present a concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 12, in Schofield Auditorium.

The all-male group is comprised of seniors Brad Schaack, Cottage Grove, Minn., and Jon Kinney, Avoca; junior Alex Krukowski, Waconia, Minn.; and sophomores Kyle Robl, Merrill, Chris Goltz, Marinette, and Tony Meehl, Green Bay.

Fifth Element will debut the group's new album "Black and Blues" at this special CD release concert. The concert also will feature songs by Josh Kelley, Elliot Smith, Seal and UW-Eau Claire's own ChesterBay.
