EAU CLAIRE — The University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire's student chapter of the American College of Health Care Administrators will hold its annual "Reverse Trick-or-Treating!" event on Thursday, Oct. 27.
Students dressed in Halloween costumes will gather in the lobby of the Human Sciences and Services building on Water Street at 6 p.m. and then head to Oakwood Villa Nursing Home to distribute candy to its residents. ACHCA is promoting the event as a great opportunity for health care administration majors to meet students new to the major, give back to members of the community and brighten someone's day. New members are encouraged to attend.
Students of ACHCA connect with health care professionals and institutions affiliated with the program and actively volunteer for health care facilities in the community. Membership is open to all health care administration majors in good scholastic standing.
For more information, contact Meredith Wolf in room 216 of HSS, (715) 836-3543 or wolfm@uwec.edu.
