Tara Buescher, a registered nurse and clinical specialist in gerontology at Marshfield Clinic, Lakewood Center, Minocqua, will address patient teaching activities, identification and treatment of selected conditions of the skin and nails, and foot and nail care/management.
Session choices are April 14-15, June 9-10, and October 20-21. The first day of each session is held at the Plaza Hotel & Suites in Eau Claire; the second day is at Eau Claire's L.E. Phillips Senior Center. Class times are 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Tuition is $349 and includes two lunches, refreshments, program manual, instruction and supervised practice. Enrollment is limited and past programs have filled quickly, so early registration is encouraged to guarantee a spot.
