UW-Eau Claire Continuing Education Announces Fall Preparatory Arts Program
RELEASED: Aug. 18, 2005
EAU CLAIRE — University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education is now taking registrations for fall Preparatory Arts programs. The programs begin Sept. 10 and conclude Dec. 16 unless otherwise noted.
- Private lessons in piano, flute, cello or classical guitar for ages 5 and up, beginners through advanced. There will be thirteen 30-minute lessons. Instructors: Lora Beebe, Lisa Mott, Daniel Weggel, Jeffrey Jaworski, Laurie Lau, Susan Halderman.
- Suzuki violin lessons for ages 3 and up. There will be thirteen 30-minute lessons plus six one-hour group lessons. Instructor: Summer Joy Brackhan.
- Creative drama for grades 3, 4, and 5 on Mondays beginning Sept. 19 from 4:15-5:15. Instructor: Amber Dernbach.
- Beginning acting for grades 6, 7, 8 on Mondays beginning Sept. 19 from 5:30-6:30. Instructor: Amber Dernbach.
MusikGarten classes will be taught by certified Musikgarten instructor Lisa Mott:
- "Family Music for Babies" on Wednesdays from 9:15-9:45 a.m.
- "Family Music for Toddlers" on Wednesdays from 10-10:30 a.m.
- "Cycle of Seasons" for ages 3-5 on Wednesdays from 10:45-11:30 a.m.
