EOC to Offer Career Information Sessions
to Eau Claire Area Residents

EAU CLAIRE — A career counselor from the Educational Opportunity Center on the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire campus will accept appointments for Friday, May 6 in Eau Claire.
The EOC provides information and counseling services free of charge to eligible community adults. Individualized counseling includes career assessment and selection; investigation of training opportunities; and help with admissions, financial aid, and registration procedures. The counselor will use local labor market information to show where job growth will be and will explore a variety of training options such as certificate programs and one-, two- and four-year degrees.
The EOC counselor will take individual appointments at the Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire. To make an appointment, call toll free (800) 335-3113.
EOC programs are funded by a U.S. Department of Education grant.
