EAU CLAIRE — The Center for Service-Learning at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire will hold its seventh annual Service-Learning Recognition Breakfast from 7:30 to 9 a.m. Tuesday, April 19, in the Tamarack Room of Davies Center. Participants may socialize prior to breakfast from 7 to 7:30 a.m.
The event has continued to grow, with approximately 110 people expected to attend this year.
"This will be a day of well-deserved recognition," said Dr. Donald Mowry, director of the Center for Service-Learning. "A day when we take notice of the outstanding civic behaviors of individual students, project supervisors, faculty/academic staff mentors and the many community partners who help make UW-Eau Claire's commitment to educating students for a life of informed, active, ethical and responsible citizenship a reality."
The UW-Eau Claire Foundation provides support for this recognition event.
