'A Day in the Park' Scheduled
For Local Nursing Home Residents

         EAU CLAIRE — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire student chapter of American College of Health Care Administrators will sponsor "A Day in the Park" from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, at Carson Park in Eau Claire.
         "A Day in the Park," which will follow the Alzheimer's Memory Walk, celebrates the special relationship that local nursing home and rehabilitation residents have with family members and friends.
         Student volunteers will be coordinating games and activities, and a picnic will be provided for all in attendance. The event is co-sponsored by Kerm's on Water St. and several local long-term care facilities.
