Sodexho Food Service
Director Named

         EAU CLAIRE — Gary A. Prellwitz has been named food service director of Sodexho Campus Services at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
         Prellwitz, who has been with Sodexho since 1976, has been serving as the opening general manager at UW-Eau Claire since June 1. Prior to coming to Eau Claire, he was the operations manager of Sodexho's food services at UW-Oshkosh.
         Prellwitz earned his undergraduate degree at UW-Stevens Point.
         Sodexho began providing UW-Eau Claire's food service June 1.
