UW-Eau Claire Nursing Students
To Offer Free Health Assessments

         EAU CLAIRE — University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire sophomore nursing students and faculty will conduct a free health assessment clinic for children ages five to 12 on Monday, May 6 and Tuesday, May 7.
         The children will receive a thorough health assessment that includes a health history, nutritional assessment, vision and hearing screening, and physical exam. Faculty will sign most sports, camp and kindergarten physical forms.
         Appointments will occur from 4-5:15 p.m. at the UW-Eau Claire School of Nursing. Participants should allow about two hours for the complete screening assessment. Appointments are limited and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information or to make an appointment, call (715) 836-5515.
