For the Week of Monday, March 4

         EAU CLAIRE — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire music and theatre arts department will present the following musical performances the week beginning Monday, March 4. All events are free and open to the public.

MONDAY, MARCH 4:

• Senior saxophonist Jared Ziegler, Elk Mound, will perform a recital at 5 p.m. in Phillips Recital Hall of the Haas Fine Arts Center. Community members Judy Lies and Katherine Ziegler will provide accompaniment on the piano, and senior Timothy Doleysh, Appleton, will provide assistance on the marimba. Six works will be performed, including "Meditation" by Walter Kaufmann and "Blue Caprice" by Victor Morosco.
