EAU CLAIRE — Tim Sperduto, Wausau, and Jen Puente, Mequon, recently were selected as the 2001 Homecoming king and queen at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Sperduto is a senior art major who represented The Singing Statesmen. He is the son of Mary and Ted Sperduto.
Puente is a junior marketing major who represented the Women's Concert Chorale. She is the daughter of John and Lory Puente.
Following are members of the 2001 Homecoming court:
Bloomington, Minn.: Nate Morales is a senior journalism major who represented Inter-Fraternity Council. He is the son of Marty and Karen Morales.
Eden Prairie, Minn.: Tim Schatz is a junior marketing major who represented Horan Hall. He is the son of Steve and Patricia Schatz.
Maple Grove, Minn.: Marilyn Wong is a senior special education major who represented the Asian American Student Organization. She is the daughter of Gregory and Margaret Wong.
Maple Plain, Minn.: Stacy Recker is a senior nursing major who represented Mortar Board. She is the daughter of Dennis and Diane Derdoski and Rick Recker.
Osceola: Hazle Courtney Cain is a junior nursing major who represented Sutherland Hall. She is the daughter of Al and Hazle Johnson.
Somerset: Scott Nemec is a junior marketing major who represented Towers Hall. He is the son of Brad and Sandy Nemec.
Stevens Point: Dan Brandt is a junior accounting major who represented Beta Upsilon Sigma. He is the son of Bob and Linda Brandt.
Wilton: Becky Ross is a junior social studies education major who represented Oak Ridge Hall. She is the daughter of Larry and Vickie Ross.-30-
