EAU CLAIRE — The University of
Wisconsin-Eau Claire music and theatre arts department will present the
following musical performance the week beginning Monday, Oct. 29.
The event is free and open to the public.
MONDAY, OCT. 29:
- OcTUBAfest 2001 will be held at 7:30 p.m. in Gantner Concert Hall
of the Haas Fine Arts Center. The festival will feature regional middle and high
school students with UW-Eau Claire’s BASSically BRASS. Various works will be
performed, including “Red River Valley,” arranged by James Garrett, John
Philip Sousa’s “El Capitan” and “Amazing Grace,” arranged by Gerald Sloan.
