EAU CLAIRE — The annual Parents’
Weekend event at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire will be held this year
on Oct. 13 and 14.
This year’s event, sponsored by Housing and Residence
Life and the National Residence Hall Honorary is expected to attract over 300
families. The weekend features an entertainment showcase, sponsored by the
University Activities Commission, which includes performances by hypnotist Jim
Wand and the Juggernut Jug Band. A variety of other activities, including a
picnic, dance, and regularly scheduled campus events such as movies, musical
performances and a Blugold football game, also will be available.
