EAU CLAIRE — Sophomore nursing
students and the nursing faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire will
provide a free health assessment clinic for school-age children and adults on
Monday, July 23.
Clients will receive free evaluations that will include
health histories, nutritional assessments, vision and hearing screenings, and
physical exams. Faculty will sign some camp and sports forms.
Health assessments will begin between 1:15 and 3:15 p.m.
at the UW-Eau Claire School of Nursing. Participants should allow two hours for
complete assessments.
Appointments are limited and will be taken on a
first-come, first-served basis.
