EAU CLAIRE Sophomore nursing students and the nursing faculty at the
University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire will provide a free health assessment clinic
for children ages 5 to 12 on Monday, May 7, and Tuesday, May 8.
Children will receive free evaluations that will include
health histories, nutritional assessments, vision and hearing screenings, and
physical exams. Faculty will sign camp and some sports physical forms.
Health assessments will begin between 4 and 5:15 p.m. at
the UW-Eau Claire School of Nursing. Parents should allow two hours for complete
screening assessment.
Appointments are limited and will be taken on a
first-come, first-served basis.
