EAU CLAIRE
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education, Nursing will present Midlife Men: Health Issues and Identity from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday, March 30, at the Holiday Inn Campus Area, Eau Claire.
The program will address the emotional and physical changes associated with middle-aged men. It is targeted to nurses and other health-care professionals working with midlife men who may be confronting physical, hormonal, psychological, spiritual and sexual changes, as well as other issues.
Cheryl Brandt, UW-Eau Claire instructor of adult health nursing, will present the conference along with local physicians who will offer insights and answer questions from the audience.
Cost for the conference is $85, which includes instructional materials, lunch and refreshments. Participants may earn six continuing education contact hours.
Registration deadline is March 15.
