EAU CLAIRE — A brief sunset ceremony will commemorate the life of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. Monday, Jan. 15.
          The ceremony, “In Honor of The Man and His Dream,” will be held from 5-5:15 p.m. at the Ecumenical Religious Center, 110 Garfield Ave.
          The candlelight celebration of the philosophy and ideas of one of America’s most important historical figures will include music and excerpts from King’s well-known “I have a dream … ” speech.
          Event sponsors include the Ecumenical Religious Center and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire’s American Ethnic Coordinating Office and Activities and Programs Office.
