EAU CLAIRE — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Office of Public Safety and Police has concluded its investigation of a report of a sexual assault of a Murray Hall resident Oct. 22.
          Following a thorough examination by the District Attorney’s office of the evidence and reported information from the individuals involved, Public Safety Director David Backstrom said the evidence does not support a sexual assault charge. No arrests will be made, and the case is closed.
