EAU CLAIRE — To raise funds for gym improvements and a future meet against Texas Women’s University in Denton, Texas, the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire’s gymnastics team will offer a gymnastics program for children.
          The program, Tumble Time, will run from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1, and is geared toward children ages 3 to 12 years old. Children who attend will learn gymnastics, play games and participate in obstacle courses, as well as participate in other planned activities. No gymnastics experience is necessary.
          The cost for Tumble Time is $15 per child. Participants may register in advance or at the door. Registration begins at 5:45 p.m. in Room 204 of McPhee Physical Education Center. The program is limited to 100 children and registration will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
