During children's story hour at the Menomonie Public Library, parents are invited to attend, on either of two days in November, a workshop about career change.
Career counselors from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Educational Opportunity Center will present the free informational sessions 10:30-11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 1, and Tuesday, Nov. 7. EOC staff will talk about career planning and decision making, various training and educational options, and financial considerations. Refreshments will be provided.
For more information about "Story Hour Workshop for Adults," call Bonnie at 715-836-2024 or send e-mail to isaacsbj@uwec.edu. EOC programs are funded by a U.S. Department of Education grant and are provided free of charge. -30- RES
