EAU CLAIRE — Work began this week to enlarge the parking lot on the west side of Chancellors Hall and to reconstruct and improve University Drive from east of Chancellors Hall to the Sacred Heart Apartments on the upper campus of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
          University Drive will be closed to through traffic during the project. Access to the Chancellors Hall parking lot will be from the east past Oakridge Hall or from the west past Hardees.
          The project will add 25 parking spaces and includes sidewalks, curb and gutter along University Drive. The work is expected to be complete in mid-October.
