EAU CLAIRE — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education in Nursing/UW-Extension and the Delta Phi chapter of Sigma Theta Tau will present a program titled "A Kaleidoscope of Nursing Research" from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday, April 28, in Davies Theatre and the School of Nursing.
The program will promote the utilization of nursing research through dissemination of research findings. Several presenters will discuss information on a variety of topics from their completed research.
Dr. Mariah Snyder, professor of nursing at the University of Minnesota, will present the keynote address titled "Challenges in Clinical Nursing Research."
The program costs $35 for the public and UW-Eau Claire faculty, $15 for UW-Eau Claire graduate nursing students and $7.50 for UW-Eau Claire undergraduate nursing students. The fee includes a book of abstracts and refreshments. Participants may earn 5.5 continuing education contact hours.
